Registration Process
CJFL Registration
- ▸Use your legal name as shown on your ID
- ▸Input correct birthdate and contact information
- ▸Select OFC (Ontario Football Conference)
- ▸Returning players use existing SportsEngine account
- ▸New players create a SportsEngine account
- ▸Under 18 requires parent/guardian consent
Identification
- ▸Passport
- ▸Birth Certificate
Health Card
- ▸Upload a clear photo of your valid provincial health card
CCES Anti-Doping Education
- ▸Create an account at sportintegrity.ca
- ▸Select "I don't have a code"
- ▸Complete your profile
- ▸Enroll in Anti-Doping 2026
- ▸Complete the course
- ▸Save your certificate
Football Ontario Insurance
Your Football Ontario Number (FO Number) will appear on the confirmation page and will be emailed to you. Submit your FO Number to gm@ottawasooners.ca or call 613-808-1987.
What You Must Submit Today
Your FO Number must be submitted before roster activation.

Team Fees
